Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SMG4 gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
